Steve & Cozy Dixon

Senior Pastors

Steve Dixon began his ministry in 1972 as an evangelist traveling extensively throughout the United States and many foreign countries conducting crusades. In 1975, Steve married Cozy Bartlett of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and they continued their evangelistic ministry until 1984. In 1984 they turned their attention to pastoral ministry. Steve is the founding pastor of Christian Life Cathedral in Fayetteville, Arkansas. CLC is a growing, thriving church body concerned with the hurts of our world. There is a philosophy and an attitude of ministry that the Dixons have that is most timely for this generation – a visible compassion for people and a positive message of restoration and hope for the hurting. Steve and Cozy Dixon have two sons, Steven II and Christopher. Steven II and Amber Dixon, have two children, Ella & Everett Dixon. Christopher and Amber Dixon have one child, Houston.

Red & Loretta Dixon

Senior Pastors

Red and Loretta Dixon began ministry together in 1954. They enjoyed 30 years of fruitful ministry in both evangelism and pastoring before coming to CLC. In 1984, Red co-founded CLC alongside his son, Steve Dixon. The enthusiasm that Red Dixon approaches ministry with is not only contained in the message he presents but also in the life that he lives. His love for life is contagious. He is an author, recording artist, pilot and business entrepreneur. Red & Loretta’s love for the Word of God and for people enable them to communicate life-changing truths in a very captivating way.

 

Greg & Joetta Dixon

Executive Pastors

Greg & Joetta were involved in music ministry, youth ministry, evangelism, and as an Associate Pastor for 10 years before joining the CLC staff in 1988. Greg has served in various capacities over the years. He oversees the staff, the facilities, and all operational aspects of CLC. Greg has a great passion for music. He previously served as CLC’s worship leader for 25 years, and is still actively involved. Greg & Joetta were high school sweethearts that met and married in Springdale, AR. Joetta’s passion for fitness led her to open her own Pilates studio in 2006. She has also served in various ministries at CLC over the years. Greg & Joetta have two children and three grandchildren.

Christopher & Amber Dixon:

Teaching Pastors

Rev. Christopher B. Dixon is presently the Teaching Pastor at Christian Life Cathedral of Fayetteville, Arkansas. His best friend and wife, Amber, love this church, the people and long convivial meals. They especially enjoy having fun with their son, Houston. Rev. Dixon was formerly Senior Pastor of Heritage Church in Dallas, TX and the Founding Pastor of The Missio Dei Church in St. Petersburg, FL. His great joy is connecting ancient tradition and wisdom with modern questions and longings.

Lori & Mike Fisk

Early Childhood Director

Lori has been the Early Childhood Pastor for 11 years at CLC. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education. Lori has been married to her husband, Mike, for 22 years. Together they have 5 children ranging in age from 5 to 19 years old. Mike is a Product Manager at SOAPware Inc., he’s an Elder at CLC, and he loves leading worship.

Harry & Donna Hamilton

Pastoral Care Pastors

Harry has served as Care Pastor at CLC for 30 years, part of that time being on a volunteer basis. After a 31 year career at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, Harry began his full-time ministry at CLC in 1998. Harry has been married to his beautiful wife, Donna, for 51 years and considers her as an integral part of the Care Ministry. Donna’s partnership in every arena of the Care Ministry, from hospital visits to prayer, is a major asset to Pastor Harry. As Care Pastor, Harry is responsible for ministering to people who find themselves in need of hospital care, nursing care, hospice care or any other cares of life, including officiating weddings & funerals. Harry’s love for people is obvious in the way that he cares for others when needs arise.

Chad & Tara Harcourt

Media Director

Chad has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 1996. He decided to stay in the area for college and attend the University of Arkansas where he received his degree in Broadcast Journalism. After 4 years as a producer for Univision, he began working at CLC as the Media Director. Chad loves equipping the saints for ministry. His wife, Tara, is a Springdale Senior High School teacher.

Tony & Christy Harrison

Children's Ministry Pastors

Tony, and his wife Christy, has been the Children’s Pastors at Christian Life Cathedral in Fayetteville since 2002. He graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, TX in 1997 with a degree in Pastoral Ministries. Tony has been in full-time ministry for 22 years as a pastor, member of a national speaking team, ministry consultant, and speaker at camps and conferences in many states. He has also served as the chaplain of the Fayetteville Police Department since 2007 and was recently awarded the honor of Master Chaplain through the Department of Homeland Security. His passion for people has allowed him to lead 16 teams into Honduras on mission’s trips over the last 12 years. He currently serves on the board of “A Hope a Future”, a ministry that allows Honduran children to continue their education that otherwise would never be able to afford it. Christy is an educator, musician, worship leader, and author. She also graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in 1997 with a degree in elementary education with an English specialization. Tony, and his wife Christy married in 1999 and live in Springdale with their two children, Briggs and Jersey.

Matt & Erica Huie

Community Pastors

Matt & Erica Huie are passionate about helping people. As a third generation minister, Matt is committed to helping people fulfill their God-given purpose. Matt joined the Christian Life Cathedral team in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management from John Brown University. Erica has been at CLC since 2012, where she has faithfully served in several capacities. She currently works on staff at CLC as the Executive Assistant. Erica has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arkansas.

Reggie & Laura James

Music & Creative Arts Pastors

Reginald James is a 1997 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics. He completed a M.S. in Education in 2004 from Bethel College in McKenzie, Tennessee. Reginald is a pianist and organist, and enjoys playing a wide variety of music from jazz and country to R&B, but his passion is church music. He has performed and shared the stage with gospel music greats including Kirk Franklin, Walter Hawkins, Point of Grace, Ben Rector, Dorinda Clark-Cole, O’Landa Draper and The Associates to name a few. For over 27 years, Reginald has been involved in Music Ministry, and directed several local, regional, and national bands and choirs. In 2007, he joined the Christian Life Cathedral staff in Fayetteville, AR as the Worship and Arts Pastor. During the last decade Reginald has been actively involved in music production, and has arranged, recorded and produced several projects for individuals all across the country. Reginald finds fulfillment in helping other churches and musicians achieve their ministry goals and visions.

Grant & Afsaneh Roe

College & Young Adult Pastors
Women's Ministry Director

Grant and Afsaneh Roe share a passion for introducing people to Jesus. They believe in the next generation of God’s Church and have committed their lives to mobilizing people into the Great Commission. Grant has been involved with various CLC ministries since 2009, and assumed responsibility for the College and Young Adult ministry in 2015. Before coming on staff, he was employed at a leadership consulting company, Soderquist Leadership, where he worked alongside corporations and nonprofits to develop their top talent. He has his MBA in Leadership and Ethics from John Brown University. Afsaneh has been involved with various CLC ministries since 2010. In 2016, she assumed the position as Director of Women’s Ministry at CLC. She also works as an instructor at the University of Arkansas in the Communication Department. She has her MA in Communication from the University of Arkansas.

Danny & Liz Tuxhorn

Youth Pastors

Danny was born and raised in Colorado Springs, but has called NWA home since 2013 when he graduated from JBU. He is passionate about seeing students connect with God and connect with others. When he's not around CLC, you can find him rooting for his favorite sports teams, eating chips and queso, or doing something outdoors with his wife, Liz. They have been married since 2014. Danny and Liz share a passion for students and they love doing ministry together.
